I purchased the M205 model of this wireless mouse.Does not need any software, comes with a quality brand AA battery and looks exactly like this model.Works great for basic computing. I switch it between two different netbooks.There seems to be no delay in it. Could never tell it's wireless.It is a true plug-n-Play Mouse. Just plug in the dongle to a usb port and turn on the mouse and push the tiny connect button on the bottom and your good to go. No problems. Good Luck :).
